**Rebook Refund Relax bookings are fully-flexible and may be changed up to 30+ days prior to departure for Guided Holidays, 15+ days prior to departure for Short Breaks, and 3+ days prior to departure for Day Tours. Should any booked tour be cancelled due to a change in Government restrictions or suspended by AAT Kings, guests may elect to receive a Future Travel Credit (FTC) or a refund on the twin-share, land only price (due to third party charges) 30+ days prior to departure for Guided Holidays, 15+ days prior to departure for Short Breaks, and 3+ days prior to departure for Day Tours. The FTC must be used for a AAT Kings holiday or a holiday on one of The Travel Corporation sister brands which departs within 24 months of your cancellation and no part of it can be redeemed for cash. If the price of the new holiday is higher than the FTC, you will be responsible for the additional cost. If the price of the new holiday is lower than the FTC, AAT Kings will provide an FTC for the difference. If you are forced to cancel your tour due to Government restrictions within 30 days prior to departure for Guided Holidays, within 15 days prior to departure for Short Breaks, and within 3 days prior to departure for Day Tours, you will be offered a FTC on the twin-share, land only price (excluding third party charges) so you can move to another departure of your choice. Refund Guarantee does not apply to third-party bookings, such as airfares, Heritage Tours and Journey Beyond Rail. Where a refund is requested, this will be issued within 90 days of request. Refund Guarantee is only valid for new bookings made between Apr 01, 2021- Sep 30, 2021, for tour departures from Apr 01, 2021- Mar 31, 2022. Offer is only valid in Australia and New Zealand and is not applicable to Inbound Tour Operator (ITO) created bookings. If booked via a Travel Agent, please check for additional cancellation charges.
